I have been a contractor for AVT for 1 year now. AVT are innovative, high level problem solvers and customisation experts. I see many companies come to AVT with issues from previous implementations they can not resolve and AVT has always followed through with a smart solution that is holistic as opposed to a band-aid.

Challenge is the more appropriate word to use than 'Cons,' AVT works smart, agile and adjusts to customers needs which at times can expect the staff to constantly multi-task and prioritise jobs over others. Meeting the clients expectation goes hand in hand with this challenge. The team continues to grow with account managers and project managers to face this challenge.

They let you leave at night after 7pm and do not keep you chained to a desk all night.

- Have to buy your on paper and pens. - Make you spend your own on employee expenses that they do not reimbursement. - Have absolutely no systems or procedures in place. - Just bullcrap the client. - Aggressive and threatening is the firms culture - Rely on cheap overseas labor. - If you are a client having problems after paying...good luck getting assistance!!
