Managers behave like we are robots that will work day and night as we are youngster and totally spoil our social and family life in the money that you even can't survive in Bengaluru city. Managers are those who don't have any friend and no social life and they are so poor people that even don't care for their families and management also tries to make all employee same by giving their examples. Badly brain washing. CEO will tell some stories of unemployment in some MNC's and behave like they are doing some help to us by keeping in company. Very low salary than market standards and they will behave like they are doing some favor to you and they will make your mindset like you won't get anything out there in industry. You know you need to come by 10:10 but you can't leave by time and managers will start interrogate you if you leave by time. You literally feel like you are being treated as a criminal that tries to leave by time. Final comments they don't have great team and they are keeping hiring freshers till the time of i joined they are on the same place where they when i joined, only CEO is the person who believes company is progressing none other employee believes company is progressing even you can see none of the employee is interested in any kind of activity than their job and keeps trying to escape by searching for new opportunity.

They always play with your emotion, sometimes landing with a personal comments, dirty politics, managers like evil and low salary structure. they think employees are not human and treat them like you lost their billions of dollars. As per as salary concern, that also too low, you can’t survive in Bengaluru even if you have more than 2 years of experience. they always look at how to grab employees' hard-earned salaries by telling some stories.No fun activities, No outing, nothing, and HR will not be responding if required, when interview there will tell one story after joining there will treat as salves, need work day and night, the company does not have a plan for feature if there also not day by day its will change not any goal and in Salary, there will not provide the PF, ESI and other security for your life. and HR will tell while joining 6 months hike but it never its will happen, after joining if asked there will tell yearly base only hike happed
