Management is terrible. Your supervisors are obligated to lock your slots which they save for demo classes and than they won't give you any!! The company is all about some targets, they don't care about your regular students. They just care about your demo lessons and how many students you can attract. Your performance as a teacher depends only on your supervisor. If he/she is great and cooperative, you will enjoy here. If isn't, your working day will be stressful. The company is full of teachers who are ready to be humiliated just to keep their job here. Everything is here about numbers and targets and your teaching skills will be undervalued and not considered. DON'T WORK HERE.
