Low pay. There are 2 salary package, the old which is all classes are paid while the new one is no class no pay. Not really flexible because you have to maintain at least 80% booking rate or else your allowed working hours will be reduced and/or you will be put to the new salary package which is no class no pay. And there are penalties. System Issue is still teacher's fault.
