TMs are all China Based, won’t reply unless they want or feel threatened, then they make up info against you. Don’t book Natives like Locals in Philippines because our rate is higher. The TM when switched does not even know your info such as start date or are they willing to investigate complaints like the rules say and they made. I was let go based on Filing a complaint against my TM and a former TM who said (we can accept a lower pay package as a local) then we will get booked. I had sent the CEO the complaint as he wanted to know as well from everyone. Local pay 40-50php Native 8-10 USD. They terminated my TM for having surgery for a loss
