Low salary rate but big deductions, imagine being absent for one class (equiv. to 50 pesos) and getting deducted for 200 pesos. They don't even consider factors like a power outage or internet interruption. ; They are very quick to deduct your salary but they don't even have that many incentives. I think this company's purpose is to the only leech at its teachers' efforts. The managers are constantly reminding us to always do our best in our classes so that we'll have good team data (that's their job I know), but they aren't giving incentives to the teachers once the team achieves something. Like what? So what's the purpose then? Definitely the worst company ever!
