Unorganized, "stealing" and unprofessional - Recensione dipendente - English Tutor presso Acadsoc

Staff barely speaks English and is terribly unresponsive. They will take any opportunity to give you penalty which is absurd (3 to 4 times basic class value), and then bully you with "can you promise that your equipment will work" like I can create internet signal out of thin air (had situation where internet was out for an hour and they charged me 60 dollars (yes sixty dollars) for 3 cancelled classes) Software is bad and often bugged.
