Excellent learning environment. COVID has closed the salon, but we are waiting for the Salon Encore

There weren’t any downsides until COVID took over. Too bad!

Good tips, pretty salons, amazing products to work with

Overworked, underpaid, unprofessional management, hire unprofessional people, too much drama, stressful environment, overbooked(not enough time with clients) all talk from management no action, they do not discipline and let their employees do whatever they want, no leadership, you can only grow so much with the company, if you're not an amazing stylist that brings them a good amount of money you're worthless to them and they'll toss you from salon to salon. They only see you as a worker not a real person
