The staff is great to work with.

Not enough work for RN's

Serving the clients is awesome, working with all the great caregivers. Alot of holidays off, and pay is every Friday.

Lack of leadership, no clear duties, policies change often. There is alot of emotional decision making, no clear leader. The owner is very up and down on her emotions, which effects how she treats the staff. There is never any "real" feedback. Only "youre doing such a great job." THERE IS ALOT OF OFFICE GOSSIP. The owner often befriends employees, so some staff members are her personal friend, while others are not.
