(You have to request the bonus in writing though, or the company looks the other way and doesn't give it to you.) •A few paid holidays throughout the year. •The rep I worked with when I first started with this company (2009) was really attentive and helpful.

•Lack of communication from local office (Burbank). The rep I was working with left the company and no one told me until I called the office to ask about my un-returned emails. •Occasional rude treatment from office staff. •Rep didn't take an interest in my goals or career path. •You accrue sick pay hours but can only use 3 days/year. Ridiculous.
