I f the woman I initially dealt with ran Acara, it would be amazing so I know they have some great people working there

Very unresponsive, took weeks for then to try to figure out my pay situation which is still being debated . I quit because they sent me to jobsite on day they were closed, promised me pay for 2 weeks so I would remain with Acara which was 2 weeks of pay that the Oregon side of Acara has messed up and asks me for their records, very unprofessional and did not cut me a check when I quit after giving them notice so they have cost me hundreds of dollars and an I also have an eviction notice. Worst decision I made work wise was signing on with Acara. They have destroyed me costing me more than what they paid me .

They provided a good contract role with a well-known enterprise-sized client. Started with above average pay and providing a cost of living increase when needed.

Svantaggi

No team leads onsite, so raising any concerns could be challenging at times.
