No formal reviews, making promotion discussions rare/never. No formal development plans. Hideous office. Weak talent engagement and development opportunities. Toxic work environment: gossip, racism, sexism, etc. Do not value people unless you are a white male. if you are on salary they don't mind you working all hours. If you are hourly you are forbidden from working overtime if needed.
