      They have a program called Great Place To Work which will make you feel the work-life-balancced, they will provide you more trainings so you can learn more, best choice if you want to gain knowledges and you will not be worried if a project will sunset because accenture will find you another project.

      Svantaggi

      You will experience the pros if you are lucky enough in the project where you will be deployed. They are using this rules and they are mandated it regularly to the point where the employee will burnt out. Promotion is slow due to few opening of positions. Some benefits were removed. You are required to work overtime. Some projects will require you to work 7 days a week and some will push you to double shift.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
