HRs won't reply on time. High authorities will take undue advantage of their position. Promises to keep their employee's mental well being in check but actions are opposite. Will force you to relocate irrespective of willingness and would warn you of a redundancy letter if you refuse a project. Says 0 discrimination on any grounds but employees are highly discriminated based on career level. If you are an ASE, they will throw you in any location and see to it that you do not get project in your preferred location at any cost.
