      Accenture as a company is a great place to work. The policies are employee friendly (this was shown during the pandemic - From being the first company to give covid paid leaves, to having teams that could arrange oxygen in nearly every major cities). The work environment is great, with leaders standing by you when the time comes. I was fortunate enough to work at a project where you get a great exposure and learning experience

      They have outsourced the onboarding process, so that experience won't be great. The HR won't reply to your mails (till you have not been onboarded).

      Great place to start a career. I learned a ton, got to see lots of different types of companies, and enjoyed my time at ACN.

      Project selection can vary widely. They don't want you sitting 'on the bench' so whatever project picks you is where you'll go for your first project.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
