1)Screwed up Appraisal process.Appraisal greatly depends on the current project the time of Appraisal where little importance given to previous feedbacks. 2)Client is God over here so a little bad feedback from client can screw up your whole appraisal and promotion. 3)Pay discrimination with laterals. 4)Managers are only technical no leadership skills. 5)No onsite opportunities.Only fake onsite opportunities are promised at the time of leaving.Long term onsites are absent except 2-3 months travel. 6)Less respect for employess,poor work life balance,Poor Reward and appriciation. 7)Supervisors are more about client focused would hardly focus on sub-ordinates productivity enhancements. 8)High attrition,works with contract employess in many projects compromising quality. 9)Dim chance for lateral career shift.
