Not surprisingly, the MBA compensation is significantly higher than others. While things even out by the time a person makes Sr. Manager, a clearly divided policy like this can lead to a lot of disgruntled employees. Far too often, we lose excellent employees because of poor compensation * For the most part, even if you are in Management Consulting, it is nearly impossible to avoid a technology based project (unless you work in strategy).
