      Nice work culture Best place for a family man Employee feels safe No distinction based on location, language etc. (Compared to other Bangalore companies) Care for the employees & their security.

      Salary is not good - cant compare with other companies. Appraisals are not always balanced - it will be done only when they feel that you may quit & you are necessary for the project. Leadership in projects are not always good. Highest attrition rate - coz of the above factors; hard work is not always appreciated/valued. If you are planning to move to accenture, lookout for the variable pay system!!. It may include upto 25% of your total salary!. So negotiate well/ ask them how much is the vp before signing anything,

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
