The way they make their employee do what they can't do before is amazing. Suddenly you have clients depending on you. The culture is awesome as well. You can't find a lot of place in Indonesia where you can call the managing director by his/her name.

They don't recognize their employee well enough. Fail to retain their best talents. Lack of flexibility to move between workforce.
