While our Accenture excels in providing enriching projects, I have noticed a lack of emphasis on new skill acquisition among managers. It would be beneficial if managers have more internal opportunities to actively pursue and develop new skills relevant to their roles and their career path wish. There is lack of gender equity within Accenture regarding compensation, salary and promotions. Despite efforts to promote diversity and inclusion, there are still noticeable disparities in opportunities and recognition based on gender. It's crucial for Accenture to address these issues and ensure equal opportunities and support for all employees, regardless of gender
