      In Kelana Jaya, Accenture have 2 offices in the same building - Level 1 and 10. If you are in Level 10, consider yourself lucky.

      If you’re in Level 1, honestly, good luck. The culture is terrible, and if you end up working on DMS, I’d seriously recommend thinking twice before accepting the offer. While not all teams may be this way, I was unlucky enough to be assigned to a specific team (for security reasons, I won’t mention names). Unfortunately, my teammates were selfish with their knowledge and impatient when I had questions. On top of that, their way of working felt outdated, inflexible and, frankly, very "cinapek." Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

      Great place to start a career. I learned a ton, got to see lots of different types of companies, and enjoyed my time at ACN.

      Project selection can vary widely. They don't want you sitting 'on the bench' so whatever project picks you is where you'll go for your first project.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
