Great people (for the most part), get to learn a lot, and are put into situations to grow.

Re-org caused me to have new and disconnected manager who basically lied his way into his role. Was smart on concepts but did not know how to lead a team and in many cases blamed fellow team members for his lack of leadership/guidance. The best leaders I have worked with protect their team and take negative feedback with accountability. Other than him everyone was super nice and never felt political. I chose to move into the Tech industry after because I found out how much I was being billed to the client for ;)
