      I’ve had a good and bad both experiences my first project team was very nice supported and in second project team had very bad experience with the leads No one at the higher level is willing to listen, even if you try to raise a complaint about what you’ve silently endured for the past few months. The moment you speak up or ask about your issue and asking for a project roll-off, they start making your life difficult. The level of internal politics is extremely toxic. Overall, it has been a very disappointing and disheartening experience then i resigned

      Great place to start a career. I learned a ton, got to see lots of different types of companies, and enjoyed my time at ACN.

      Project selection can vary widely. They don't want you sitting 'on the bench' so whatever project picks you is where you'll go for your first project.

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
