The three owners of the company know what its like to be at a medium to large corporations where you are just a number. They left that world and started their own business. While I was there I was treated well, respected, and provided opportunities to grow/take initiative. A2I has plenty of smart and dedicated people on the various teams. It is an excellent place to grow and learn.

While I was there I didnt get a great sense of how the company itself was doing for most of the year. We had yearly updates, but they were pretty generic. Not really a bad con.
