Challenging situations with financials being involved, but you only get better at knowing what do. Lack of benefits, still a reasonably small company. The fact is, it is high demand and fast paced, not necessarily a bad thing, but you are held accountable.

I have been working at Access for less than a year and during this time I thoroughly have been impressed with the sense of community. The company has been around for nearly a decade but still has a young tech start-up feel and an approach towards property management that is ever evolving. The ownership and management really listen to concerns and are always willing to try something new that will better the company.
