I want to thank you for your review. As you know we value your time and the information you provided here to allow us to be a better company. You mentioned that we are “untruthful” to clients and you advise us to take a look at our business practices, but that isn't much detail. I have said it in other reviews and I will repeat it here: Any unethical practices including lying to clients is simply unacceptable and will not be tolerated on any level.
