      Favoritism, equipment isnt right for tasks , pay raises (always an issue wherever you go) , help and hires, upper management (certain parts) lists go on

      - Unobtainable quotas decided by a calculator and not by actual experience - PTO based on accrual at 8 hours gained per month - Tools for job are never working - Constant understaffing
