Mgmt is on a power trip. Do what I say not what I do. They try to intimidate you into doing what they want. Sadly they look for weak minded people. HR is poorly run and it starts at the top. A lot of good talent left because of poor mgmt.

- Unobtainable quotas decided by a calculator and not by actual experience - PTO based on accrual at 8 hours gained per month - Tools for job are never working - Constant understaffing
