      There are not really any pros to working for this company anymore. At one point the company had and good future.

      Horrible management. Corruption throughout the company. I would not recommend working there unless you like to be miserable. Good luck if you are considering a job with them.

      Remote work. Started off simple and had a lot of downtime to spend doing other things like napping. Great benefits.

      Management keeps adding more work but pay does not increase. The only raise you get is at the end of the year and is only 3% no matter how well you score on your annual review. Everyone is switching to mandatory 12 hour alternating shifts soon but working less days out of the week. Pay does not meets economical needs.
