I worked at Accion for 6 months and assisted some of the most brilliant people with the development of aerospace components. The work environment was low stress and everyone helped each other whenever needed. I was very torn when I left Accion wondering if I made the right decision because it was such a great place to work.

Commute - i lived 1-2.5 hrs away depending on weather

Developing cool technology, still some smart people left.

The new CEO is the most atrocious human being I've ever had the displeasure of having to work for. Ill-informed, ill-tempered, flat-out abrasive and convinced he's some combination of Jesus and Einstein. Happy to take credit for anything that goes right and find an uninvolved scapegoat for the bad results of his terrible decisions that he was warned against repeatedly. I doubt he could spell ethics, much less have any. The technical core of the company that kept it going from day one is heading for the hills as fast as they can, leaving just college kids and his cronies. Don't work here.
