The management is ruthless and incapable of taking any feedback. There is no humanity nor are they interested in taking care of their employees in any way. The company doesn't even try to live by its own values, one being Trust - here every minute of your day will be logged and monitored, literally. Bonus system is a scam, you'll never reach the target and if you do, next year it'll be even higher. There are no progression opportunities, you're tied to your role. You won't be able to take your monthly personal learning time as this will be taken by company training decided by the management. The company is very American and has a lot of corporate bureaucratic time-wasting.
