Paycheck and very good benefits

Nobody cares about you or will work with you. Management will tell you that employees are their main concern. In reality all they care about are the number of butts in seats and billable time. They have people working there who do nothing but clients are billed for their time so nobody cares what they do. When you ask for help you are told you are the one with the problem. They continue to lose long term members who have seen the company morale go downhill as management continues to break their promises.

This place has a great leadership team with a compelling vision. The entire team at Accreon is comprised of wonderful, committed people who actually care about the customer and their fellow team members. Its the most respectful company I have ever been a part of.

It is a relatively flat organization, which is a pro and a con, since its tough to climb any ladders.
