Lack of training - Recensione dipendente - CNC Machinist presso Accu-Precision

Company says they'll train on programming and they wont, they spent a total of maybe 6 times in 90 days training me and training and stated i was incapable of learning even after 15 years of machinist experience just to avoid or delay unemployment payments. Company put me on a 2 week performance plan and didn't even let me work one day of it so clearly the owner has personal vendetta against people so they cant become successful
