For me personally, I do not have any cons. This truly is the best company that I have ever worked for and I have worked for high profile companies in the past.

Very thorough interview process where they got to know me and vice versa. Growing company with opportunities to grow in your career. This was evidenced during my interview process as I met with employees who have grown in their careers with Accudyne. Prior to my start date, I was warmly contacted and congratulated for joining the team. New Hire experience was first class. I was greeted by name in the lobby, attended an organized orientation schedule, and was pleasantly surprised when my manager not only welcomed me, but handed me my badge, showed me to my work space which was equipped with laptop, cell phone, etc. I've been on board going on 4 months and it just keeps getting better. It is very much a team atmosphere where I am kept challenged in my contributions. Senior management shares business updates, engages and listens to the employees, and recognizes employee contributions.

So far I have no cons.
