      I have been at the company for almost 2 years. With covid, my personal situation has changed over this period of time and the company has been extremely understanding and flexible with my work schedule needs. Because this is a smaller company, I really enjoy having the ability to make an impact really quickly (no red tape / bureaucracy). Great, friendly people. Solid PTO. 401k with match through Fidelity.
