If you want to be overworked and mistreated, this is the place for you! The company has no money, so they’re cutting salaries and doing mass layoffs. The appraisers who still work there are now getting worked to the bone as they try to save money and take any scraps they can get. They don’t care about employees and will take advantage of you just to pad the CEO’s pockets.
