You are in charge of your growth. It is a fun atmosphere and you build lasting relationships. This is by far the most fun I have had at a job. You're constantly learning new things and growing exponentially.

Biggest con for me is the fluctuation of the schedule. Although, they are willing to work with your needs. If you are not a morning person or if you don't like people, this is not the career for you.
