Really liked the people and the location was great. Enjoyed the food trucks

Location was remote and not near public transport

- The science behind the cancer drug in development is solid and the drug will benefit pts - Office Manager does her best to create a comfortable and creative environment - Company tries to offer people work/life balance - Funding from AZ - Good opportunity for entry level employees to come in, get the experience & then move on within a short period of time - Financial opportunites

- Favoritism exists - HR dept could be improved - Fast pace burns people out - Turn over in Clinical Science creates a void plus the MDs then get lured to companies where former Acertans now work - Moving to SSF will impact commute time for people who live in the East Bay, South Bay, and Santa Cruz areas.
