Genuinely nice colleagues to work with. Unfortunately, most, if not all, have left the company.

1. Frankly, I've browsed and read the reviews enough to verify it's validity, having experienced it 1st hand. 2. I also understand opinions are subjective and can be skewed, manipulated, explained, etc. So, I shall reserve this part. 3. BUT, as the headline mentioned, I've witnessed 10+ people resigning from this company within a quarter of a year. That is a fact, and I'll leave it to the company to explain for themselves.

During my internship, the General Manager was really helpful and gave me valuable experience before he left the company

1. The company lacks future growth opportunities for interns. They often assign interns to any departments without considering their skills or career goals, and the workload can be overwhelming. 2. There’s no work-life balance. You’re expected to work extra hours or even on weekends, and no one appreciates it. 3. Too many pointless meetings that just waste time. 4. The environment is toxic, especially when seniors and leader behave unprofessionally
