Alignment is way off depending on where you are with training etc. The heart part of their mission disappears quickly especially in TB. It’s obvious that nearly everyone including managers are motivated only by the money/ego. Metrics related to graduation requirements are very unreasonable/out of your control. Be prepared to call 120-150+ outbound calls and pressured to close anyone willing to listen to your pitch with clunky technology/tools. And be prepared to jump through hoops to get someone enrolled. Not good for your mental health. Exhausting sales process unless only motivated by money.
