Amazing Pay, Flexibility, Work from home opportunities, They are always offering spiffs and incentives and rewards, They often provide free lunches in office during certain "Town Hall" events/meetings, They offer great medical and dental and vision benefits, and they offer paid time off for federally recognized holidays in addition to a couple non federally recognized holidays, They have a wonderful group of people working in HR and Benefits Team that are always offering virtual zoom meetings for questions we might have or new benefits that come up that are offered to their employees. They have an endless amount of employee resource groups available for all employees to stay connected with one another and get involved in the community. This company is very supportive of the LGBTQ Community as well as all ethnic backgrounds and communities. They are also huge advocates for Mental Health and making sure we have resources available to support us.

- The people are generally very kind and collaborative broadly. - I believe the company is genuine in its mission to only earn profits by helping everyday Americans move forward on the path to a better financial future. - The company at large and some of its leaders aren't afraid to try things and then pivot if they don't work to try something else, instead of doubling down over pride or ego or stubbornness.

- There's a lack of clear and strategic leadership that leaves job ambiguity, which places the employee at a disadvantage with performance measurement, which is how they award quarterly bonuses. Without clear SMART goals, it becomes a game of bring me a rock, but not that rock. - Towards the end, they were implementing a start-up entrepreneurial mindset style that was leaning away from valuing work/life balance and getting more demanding and desperate in attempts to meet metrics.
