Comparing yourself with banglore based startups is one thing and actually being like them is another. Unfortunately AchieveX doesn't even qualify as a startup, it's just a circus where every employee is overworked and underpaid. They'll tell you how everyone is a like family here and then they'll backstab you the very next moment. Managers are more interested in your personal life than their own work and their favourite thing to do is office politics over a cup of tea. The directors have given the full control to the managers and doesn't even bother to talk to their employees about their wellbeing. Above all they doesn't even bother to ask the managers when anyone is being released. Seriously!! Last 1 year was a circus for all the employees. All in all the worst thing you can do for yourself is joining AchieveX.
