Great communication, led by BCBAs, management without micromanaging, good work culture.

They pay really well. The hours are very flexible. The staff is very supportive. Every BCBA I worked with has been kind. HR is great for finding cases and coordinating with you. The app they use for cases is honestly pretty good and easy to use, plus new updates are always coming out to improve it. Overall, very nice company.

If you need a lot of guidance, some BCBA’s are not consistent in showing up. Just depends on who you get assigned to. Also, this is a field where you need a lot of patience. If you don’t have it, this job is not for you.
