      Nice colleagues, possibility to work remotely once or twice a week

      Extremely heavy workload for KAMs. Many employees has been on sick leave, including me. However, you cannot stay on sick leave long enough as your colleagues will otherwise be buried in work. Your manager will also call you during your absence and ask when you are coming back to work. I have seen my colleague crying at the office since she was ill but couldn't be out of office due to workload. Your manager may listen to you but is not willing to do anything to solve issues. They also assume that you work overtime whenever needed (practically everyday). The company is only interested in numbers and not about well-being of their employees. Do not apply if you appreciate your mental health.

      Had a close group of people on my team and regardless of being international - had a small business mentality and ability to grow strong relationships.

      Like any business, not everyone gets along perfectly, Due to large group, you can usually find people similar to your interests.

      No raise in salary in the 2+ years that I was employed, despite the fact that I hadn't had a raise at my previous company (which was acquired by Acolad in 2023) since 2019. I was told that the "senior" title (and commensurate salary) that I brought from my previous employer were not warranted by my responsibilities, so I was effectively frozen at that salary until some unspecified point in the future. Rather than make use of my 15+ years of experience in the industry they clearly saw me as an expensive and expendable holdover.
