We have a new CHRO who still hasn’t met many of the people who work under him at higher levels. He’s kept himself primarily hidden. Additionally, with all of the new leadership, we were promised a lot of transparency. The only thing they have really been transparent about are that they have every intention of replacing everyone with “the good ol’ boys” from Coke. As well, the new CEO Brian Wynne continues to host company town halls where he boasts and brags about how much more money the company is making, while handing out 2.5% pay increases to people in Talent Acquisition while telling everyone that they know they STILL make below the minimum for the job role.
