      Interviews: it was the best interview/discussion I have ever had in my career. I was heard and understood. Work environment: Open for change and innovation. Ability to interact with different team members and different skill sets. International culture. Career and skills development: Ability to learn new concepts in short time. The company helps with trainings too. Company size: Being a contributor in a small company makes your work efforts show quickly which is very satisfying. BONUS: it is rare to have a CEO with the right technical skills, who listens, brainstorms with you and helps you to make the right decisions.

      Just if you dont have a job I was lucky to meet some high qualified peoples, but all they quit!

      The worst company that I worked for. During one Year working, I saw 4 colleagues getting fired without a raison, the only raison is that they asked for salary reviews!!! Do not beleive all what you see in linkedin, twitter and tiktok, Acredius is the Raafat's family empire, if one of them is not happy, you get fired. No strategy, no mangement, zero motivation and a lot of "lies". The CEO is the best person ready to invent lies!! The first "lies" is already in any job description "swiss environment", you will be working under presure for 9h per day and an old lady telling you every time "your toggl is missing time"!!! How they are getting projects? easy I advise PWC & Takeda compliance services to investigate.... Bonus is always Zero!!!

      One of the best companies I worked for almost 2 years. The Team is full of energy and so cooperative . The CEO is young, motivated, professional and with a great mindset . I had the occasion to work closely with the CTO who has a unique management style which makes acreduis a suitable environment to evolve and to learn.
