This is a family owned business. The are unfair to anyone who’s last name is not Shahani. The lead with unethical business practices. They overcharge their clients and hide it. They show favoritism, do not reward others for a job well done, and lie to employees. They have lost several multi million dollar clients and no strategy in place to grow or retain their business. The employees have no voice and have to take direction from the sons who have NO experience in the contingent workforce space. And lots of internal turnover. No career path and the compensation is well below market value. If I could rate them a zero, I would.
