Parking is challenging, off putting smell, coaching can require a lot of patience, short shifts

In the competitive/recreational gymnastics industry it is difficult to find full-time, dependable positions. AcroSports offers paid vacation time and a health insurance plan which I've never found anywhere else. There's a lot of upward mobility available for coaches who have other strengths as well.

For full time we work split shifts but that is the norm for this industry.
