      Salaries are on time now from the last 1 year. The extra baggage of non-productive people and assets have been removed. Strong focus on sales and client relationship management now will turn up the revenues. Ample opportunities for people currently on-board, for growth and monetary benefits. Active involvement from the top management regularly, has brought in lot of positivity and transparency in the system.

      There were non-management personnel within the organization that great to work with. They were pleasant and professional.

      Poorly managed financials and processing pay for contractors. Several times pay was not rendered as promised. Poor client engagement and business relationship building.
