Culture is great, CEO is great, co-workers amazing, benefits perfect, remote working environment

pay is a little low but decent for the area

The team/community is the most caring, respectful, and fun I've ever seen.

Some dictated decisions are made poorly by higher ups that don't necessarily know better, and the lack of understanding from the lower level employees is a major miss.
